Justin has found a way to combine his business degree from BYU, his law degree from University of the Pacific, and his Spanish-speaking skills to establish his own immigration law firm. He has been an active member of the Bar since 2012 and established his own business in 2015. Irene has been with Sweeney Law since 2016 and has extensive experience in all areas of immigration law.
Mr. Sweeney is a very professional, prepared, kind, caring person. I expected him to be professional but the attention that he put into my case was beyond what I expected. Even though your green card says "permanent resident, " you really are not "permanent." You can be deported at any time for certain violations of criminal or immigration laws.
Justin and his team are great everything went good on the process to get my 10 year green card I highly recommend this law office. Thank you Justin! The "Executive Order" (which wasn't really an executive order, but a priority enforcement memo to ICE) by President Obama would have allowed certain people to obtain a three-year work permit through their U.S. citizen (or LPR) children if they meet certain criteria.

Sweeney answered all my questions since the beginning and gave me all the options available base on my case. He was always honest and he knows exactly what he is doing. He was referred to me by 2 couples which he had previously helped. Since our consultation we knew he was the one we would choose to help us with our case. The worst experience that I have ever had with any attorney. I tried contacting his para legal Ariana by telephone and email. When I called ,and asked to speak to Ariana , I was asked for a case number and was not forwarded to Ariana . It took Ariana 2-3 days to answer a email and only after I complained . I brought this complaint to Justin and he said he had a stern talk with Ariana. He said in the attached email that she could do better . I paid 1000 dollars for a deposit and when I fired him , he only returned 200 of the 1000 dollars. In the final closure letter , Justin contradicted himself
