The partners of Progress Equity invest their own capital, along with other select individuals, including the founders of companies we have previously acquired. This allows us to maintain a flexible investment approach without the restrictive parameters often found with many institutional investment funds.
The principals of Progress Equity Partners have a combination of meaningful operating, financial and transactional experience. The partners started working together on deals in the 1990s and formed PEP in 2006. We deliver senior attention with each partner investing personal capital in every investment.
