I was born into a military family (as you can tell from my hair and beard) :) and as such, moved often with my family. In the 80's my family settled in Huntsville, Alabama where my father retired from the Air Force and went to work for Boeing. I attended the University of Alabama where I was fortunate to witness the 1992 Alabama Championship season.
I am a mid-western girl transplanted to the South. I was raised primarily in Kansas and Missouri, and lived in Northwest Arkansas for 8 years prior to moving to the beautiful Gulf Coast in 2010. I have 5 amazing children ranging in ages from 15 to 29, and 4 fun-loving Grandsons who call me Kiki. My children are my greatest contribution and the biggest joys in my life.
I grew up in St. Lawrence in Newfoundland, Canada. I left St. Lawrence at age 19 to attend Chiropractic school in Davenport, Iowa. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa. I am a mother, a wife, business owner, chiropractor, Young Living diamond leader and wellness lifestyle educator.

Dr. Chad Sharkey is an excellent chiropractor, who brought me from a sciatica pain level of 9-10 to a totally pain-free life! Wife and I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for November 26th. When we arrived they were having a staff meeting. Seemed pretty solemn but after a 10 minute wait they took us back for our initial visit. At this point they people who were taking our measurements/history were nice. That part of the appointment ends and after not providing any care/adjustment they tell us it will be two weeks before we can return. We asked why and they told us this was their normal business practice, to review the xrays and come up with a plan of care.
