From the moment i walked in, i was followed by an employee as if i was a criminal. Upon stating what i needed, the employee grabbed each item for me and would not allow me to hold the products i desired as i shopped. This was after the big freeze in winter 20-21. I was very put off by this. To make matters worse, i came back a couple days later to return unused unopened items, and i felt like i needed to convince the cashier that i had actually just walked in and im not a sneak-thief. I work for the coroners office here in pueblo. I cant afford criminal charges, so i wont be stealing. I admit i

This place reminds me of the hardware store in the town where I grew up in Mississippi. The staff knows their inventory and they know how to use what they have to solve your problems. I went in with (to me) a unique plumbing problem. I had to get from one type of thread to another and increase in pipe diameter in the shortest possible span. These guys put together several options until we came up with a solution that worked for me. I appreciated the time they gave me for such an insignificant amount of money. True personal service!
