I came here last August to get a new Phonak hearing aid and a streaming device. This place had to have been one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered in my long life as a deaf person. It took them 3 months to file and complete a claim against my insurance. Frequent calls would be it will take up to 6 weeks only after that period, they say "we forgot to file it". I ended up delaying my move from California to the East because of this mess.
Then I was sold the roger select streaming device. They had two models at that time. One with bluetooth and one without. Guess which one I was given
