These guys did an amazing job moving and setting up my pool table, they were incredibly detailed and thorough in making sure it was set up properly and were able to educate me on proper placement of the table for my specific space. They went above and beyond in making sure that I will have the best experience possible playing on my table. You can really tell these guys have a passion for the game and truly enjoy what they do.

Juston really stepped up worked some magic for us to get a Shuffleboard in time for Thanksgiving. We had actually purchased one from their competitor that was supposed to be here in time but they called the day before delivery and informed me the table was damaged and they didn’t have another to bring me. I called Juston in hopes he had a 14 footer, and he not only had one, but was willing to do whatever it took to get it to me the next morning. We had a family in from Chicago and a huge family gathering. It was so much fun, I can’t thank him enough for going the extra mile!

I was in the market for a Brunswick gold crown. I reached out to Juston and spoke with him on availability. After viewing pics we moved forward and 3 business days later I was being installed. The gold crown 4 I purchased is a great table, looks excellent and plays even better. Couldn’t be happier with how the table fits my room and is a great addition to our home Montana and Hunter did a great job with the delivery/install. Super nice guys who did quality work, respected my home and did a nice clean up. Couldn’t be happier.

Wow!!!! Cannot say enough about Justin's service. We had a blast with him and learned so much about the history of pool tables. We purchased our table Wednesday night and we played our 1st game Thursday before dinner! The installers were unbelievable, just so professional. Can't thank Justin and his team enough! Looking forward to returning to his shop and perusing all the unique items.

Haven't played pool in years, never owned a stick of my own until recently and turns out I was handed down a pretty rare cue! Juston came in personally from home when I called asking for a new tip to be installed, appraised it and made a fair standing offer. He gave me some good information about my specific cue and what sets it apart from other cues from the same maker. It was great to be around someone so passionate about their craft. Certainly no costs being cut in their craftsmanship, and after overhearing about their install and transportation services, I wouldn't hesitate to choose them first

An excellent Company!
We had Pro Billiards move a Old classic table from one house to another. Juston did an excellent job of informing me of the details and scheduling. I felt very confident with the company, and was not disappointed. Kenny and Collin did an outstanding job with the move and the re-felting. Their cheerful nature really made it a pleasure to work with them! The final result was beautiful. The real test of a good company is what they do when something goes wrong. Had a problem with a ball hanging up intermittently. The guys came right back out and fixed the problem. It is refreshing

These guys are the best from start to finish... from my initial phone conversation with Justin to our dealings with Chad in the shop and finally the two gentleman that delivered/set up our table. Everyone was… very professional and took the time to make sure that all of our questions were answered. Coming from a sales background I expect a lot and everyone from Pro Billiards met our needs perfectly.
