I rented from party pro last weekend and after a medical emergency our event was cancelled! I had a very small order and picked up on Friday! The guy placed the order in my trunk! As soon as we knew the guest Of honor was placed in the hospital, I called and left a voicemail that my event was cancelled and to see if I could go straight and return it! They were closed. So first thing Monday I was there at 9 am to return the linens! They were still in my trunk in the same exact condition and placed exactly as the man placed them at pick up! As an event venue owner and operator, Party Pros really let us down. They showed up 4 hours after they said they would and brought the wrong sized truck (even though they knew how much equipment they had considering they set it up two days prior). They had to come back the next morning to finish and left a giant mess behind them, forcing me and my staff to clean up after them. Customer service is definitely not top of mind for them. I would not recommend Party Pros to anyone. Bad experience for sure!

We used Party Pro for the first time and all we can say is WOW! Not only were they responsive, they had our tent up in no time. The team was great to work with and when we had a last minute add on (a heater) it was no problem. They are affordable and so professional. They are now our go to for all of our events. Our ministry has use Party Pro Rents for all of our events and they are great! But today they have gone above and beyond! With all the Thanksgiving holiday plannings we forgot to order our table cloths Contacted Party Pro emergency number and they meet me within an hour to give them to me!! Way above and beyond!!!

The staff at Party Pro Rents was so nice and helpful from the first day I walked in to plan my reception. Their selection is great and they definitely helped me stay in budget. They were always ready to assist when I need to make any changes to my rental order as my wedding day neared. (Thank you, Christina!) I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very happy with my experience using Party Pro for my wedding. Sales staff was super helpful with all of our requests. Bonus: On the day of the wedding, it was unseasonably cold, and we had not thought to order outdoor heaters. Our delivery driver offered to handle calling their warehouse to see if they had heaters and fuel available, and made the whole situation easy. I wish I had written down his name to give him a proper shout out. It made a huge difference for the day! Highly recommend.

I recently used Party Pro for a small party at my house. I rented some chairs, a couple of tables, and some table linens.
The ordering process was a breeze. They have a great showroom where you can see the linens on the table and how they'll look with your chair selection, etc. I was worried that I wouldn't get much attention with such a small order, but that was definitely not the case.
Delivery was a breeze. The only hiccup is they originally delivered a very wobbly table. I think the delivery guy was a little annoyed I wouldn't accept it, but he didn't complain and came
