Our MEP Division provides a complete range of commercial and high-end residential services. ATS Land Surveying services are sure to exceed expectations regarding all of your surveying needs. ATS provides a broad range of inspection services for commercial, residential and military projects. Our Structural division offers an array of structural design services for both residential & commercial structures.
ATS provides a single-source solution to your Engineering Design and Construction Administration needs. ATS offers a full complement of engineering disciplines including Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Land Surveying as well as Energy Audits, Building Commissioning, Construction Inspections and Certified Plan Review services.
ATS staff is comprised of approximately 100 skilled employees. This has enabled us to assure quick turnaround design, inspection and land surveying services. We perform approximately 50,000 construction inspections annually on next-day service.
We also complete approximately 12,000 land survey projects annually and we are a national leader in Home Innovation multi-family National Green Building Standard (NGBS) certifications with over 5,000 units certified or in process.Each department is steered by a highly trained and experienced manager.

We provide a full array of energy services related to efficiency, green building and codes. We provide a full range of services related to the energy efficiency and green building industry, including analysis to determine compliance prior to construction inspection, testing to verify compliance during construction and certification when complete.
ATS's Inspections Department performs over 50,000 inspections each year. We perform Code Compliance and Energy inspections for small and large builders in Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and everywhere in between. ATS currently assists over 25 municipalities in Central Texas with inspections, plan review, permitting and document storage.

I absolutely love a few of the reps working here. I own and run an Electrical contracting company. A few of our projects hired ATS for inspections. David Youts is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive inspector I may have ever worked for. He was there to answer usual questions and help find a solution FAST.

As an architect, I work with a lot of surveying groups. To a lot of people, surveys are just a commodity, and any survey is just as good as the next.
In some (but not all) ways, that may be true. However, one of the biggest distinctions between these firms is in the quality of their customer service. Paul Utterback at ATS is very professional, responsive, and reasonable, and it makes it a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend Paul and his crew for whatever survey work you need done.

I recently needed a tree and topographical land survey for my property. I hired ATS based on recent online reviews. They made the experience pleasant and easy. The survey was delivered sooner than I expected. I am not a builder so I didn't know exactly what I needed but guided me through the process. Excellent company.

I called ATS Engineering for help because I wanted to put up a fence around my property, but the fence company couldn’t find one of my property pins. They looked 5 different times, but they couldn’t find it. I finally called ATS and was put in contact with Paul Utterback. He was friendly and helpful. With Paul’s help, I was able to locate the pin on my own. When one of my neighbors wanted to challenge the lost pin’s location, I contacted Paul again. He took the time to review both property plats and found that the pin was correct. I’m extremely grateful to Paul at ATS for all his help
