We had a wonderful stay in Yellowstone. Old Faithful Inn was beautiful; such a treat to stay in the historic hotel and enjoy all that. We would like to thank Wounded Warriors Family Support for giving us the opportunity to make and experience so many great memories this past week. Wounded Warriors Family Support's largest program is the Caregiver Respite Program. This is the heart of our organization. Caring for a wounded veteran can be demanding physically, psychologically and financially. Oftentimes caregivers are spouses or family members who have many other responsibilities, such as work, managing bills and taking care of children.
Wounded Warriors Family Support provides vacation retreats to combat wounded veterans and their families free of charge. The family retreats are a chance for wounded veterans to heal and reconnect with their loved ones in a peaceful, non-stress environment. Our family retreats give combat wounded veterans and their families a break from the pressures of everyday life to take time to become stronger as individuals and families.
United Automobile Workers - Ford (UAW-Ford) is dedicated to showing appreciation and support to our country's military veterans and their families. Our nation's military veterans have fulfilled great commitments in protecting our country's freedom. UAW-Ford and Wounded Warriors Family Support have partnered to provide a training program in welding for U.S. military veterans.

Wounded Warriors Family support has given my family the support we needed to have an comfortable family vacation. Not only did it allow flexibility to travel within the means of our busy daily schedule it allowed us to prepare safety during this pandemic. The case Liz Mayfield is amazing and truly cares about helping Wounded Warriors.

Wounded Warriors Family Support has been an unbelievable support and lifeline for my family! We have been blessed over and over again- from meals during times of need and most major holidays, to maid services, to assistance with respite care, and most of all… a kind ear that has always been there just to listen.

Everybody at wounded warrior family support was on point and courteous. They were very informative on all matters of information that is needed, they were very patient and receiving documentation which was needed. The vacation which was set up through wondered why your family support was on point.
