I bought a Brother Project Runway machine at the center several years ago. Had a demo lesson at purchase time that was very helpful. Have been using succesfully and took a few other workshops at the center which were also excellent and very personalized to your project. Have been making masks during this pandemic and my bobbin thread was getting very messed up. I took out my manual and did several things that were recommended in the trouble shooting guide...helped but did not solve the problem. In my frustration I thought about the center for possible help. If honestly and loyalty are traits worn on ones sleeve, Pierce’s sleeves would be littered with them. He is a genuine man of great knowledge, who runs a professional establishment while treating the customer with the highest dignity. His staff is Kind and courteous, ready to guide you in the proper direction for any of your crafting wants or needs. I always feel like family when I stop in to restock or even to say hello. I can’t say enough about this place. I purchased my XJI from here and it was the best decision I could have made. They have absolutely everything you could need, and are SO informative and friendly. Pierce and Jeff are true gurus that can solve anything.
When I was first shopping for a machine Pierce stayed pretty late showing me absolutely everything about these machines, without the guarantee of a sale. This place is not “money driven” (i.e. no sales sharks or shoving of anything down your throat), and as a repeat customer I truly appreciate them for that.

truly know the machines and are consistently generous with instruction and tips not just when you buy the machine but thereafter- They are there always with support for you- will talk you through questions while you are at home working at machine screen- Pierce will talk you through the answer to your question so you don't need to stop the project to drive to the store for the answer. He may need to call you back if he is with a customer but he always does get back to you to answer your question.
This is simply the very best

My experience at the Home Sewing Center in Allentown was awesome and continues to be great. Pierce and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. They offered me a great price and customer service. The instructions and service after the sale are fantastic as well. They value their customers and care about future concerns.
