Their employees are totally running a scam. They are overcharging almost double. Owner still hasn't personally responded. The tech arrived at 10:30, and I signed a blank work order as they were leaving at 1:30. Three hours, and was charged for 10. Not sure why they needed a second tech to drain the line, and swap out one sprinkler head. Office… personnel says they have a gps in their truck. Not sure how long they sat in their truck, or on the phone, but this was a simple job, and should not have taken even the three hours, much less 10!!! my contractor that was present the entire time with

BUYER BEWARE. This review if for Fire Sprinkler Services at 4494 Southside Boulevard # 102 Jacksonville, FL 32216. This company had the account for my business for 10 years, but we recently had to part ways as a result of their attempt to extort us. In short, they tried to scam my business with unneeded repair work to the tune of 17k! Basically, they chose to do the bare minimum during their annual inspections for many years, then for whatever reason, they came in this year and decided that we needed 6k in fire pump work(which we paid for) and then 17k in sprinkler head replacements due to paint
