Services
Founded in 1987 in a small suburb outside of Cleveland, Ohio, American Heritage Billiards has grown into the world's largest pool table and game room furniture manufacturer. We began producing pool tables as a raw materials manufacturer, building each table from start to finish. We domestically engineered, sourced, stained, and built all of our pool tables from scratch in a small warehouse.

I have had my American Heritage pool table for 15 years. Over the past year, the rail cushions became hard and non-responsive. I contacted American Heritage and they immediately sent brand new, high quality cushions (free of charge), and provided me with the name of 2 installers to get the repairs done. Magic City Billiards of Birmingham, AL traveled to my home in Huntsville, and took the cushions, along with my order for a new felt cover, repaired the cushions in their shop and returned to recover the table and re-install the cushions. American Heritage Billiard's customer service and products are superlative. Within a few minutes of making my first order, I was informed by customer service that the items were not available at that time. They gave me other options and immediately refunded my payment. I then chose four other stools on a Monday which arrived at my home in Miami on Friday, packaged beautifully without problems. Having reviewed packaging and assemblage at other vendors, I was delighted that my counter stools were almost completely assembled. We purchased the Paxton Ultimate Billiard Collection through Costco (Made by American Heritage). The package contained just about everything we'd need for our new rec. room. The quality is outstanding! The table is beautiful and matches the photos displayed on the website (As does all the furniture).

From start to finish the process with Dave at American Heritage was customer service at it's finest!
I placed two orders and was surprised to receive both so quickly. Jose who came out and put together the pool table did an amazing job and was vey qualified. The pool table looked better than the picture! What a great piece of furniture!

I ordered an American Heritage pool table through Costco. Dave with American Heritage called me to review the order, as well as the process of shipping and installation of the table. Dave’s customer service was excellent. He was able to answer all of my questions and alleviate all of my concerns. Dave is an asset to American Heritage. Dave in customer service is professional, personable, detail oriented, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to find an out of stock item and make sure that two of our orders were shipped together. He gave fast and frequent communication on shipping time and a thorough product description. It's people like this that make decent companies great. We bought the Infinity pool table and the Infinity rack. Everything looks great. A piece of the rack was damaged in shipping and American Heritage sent us another immediately—no questions asked. Also, their team has always been available to answer any questions and provide recommendations regarding accessories and set up of game room. Great job.

We ordered our table through Costco. Communication from American Heritage was timely and very helpful. I called back a couple times and Dave was excellent and answered all my question. WOW! Just had the table delivered and set up yesterday and what a BEAUTY! It is so well made, style is awesome and it comes with everything you need! So so so pleased with the purchase. And beyond the product, the company, American Heritage, is so personable, responsive and accommodating. I needed some special arrangements because it was a surprise for my husbands 50th birthday and they went above and beyond to help keep it a secret and arrange for delivery when it worked best for the surprise. Also, the delivery and set up crew were very professional, great communication and accommodating as well

I recently purchased the Homestead Bar and 4 Sloan adjustable height Stools. The stools were very easy to put together as well as the bar. order this about 2 weeks ago and they were shipped on time. Had minor issue with one stool but i reached out to AHB's sales/cust svc and they were so helpful and will be replacing the 1 stool without any hassle.
