From the 1st time walking in looking for our 1st hot tub - our 25th wedding anniversary gift to ourselves - Bob and Catherine answered all of our questions and spent the time to walk us through everything! We ordered the 481 and are more than satisfied! Was worth the wait!! We have confidence that we will be taken care of for years to come!! This was not our first rodeo, so to speak....not our first hot tub. Our old one was ready for the spa graveyard after serving us well for two decades, and we wanted a new one of equal or better quality. And we found it at A-1 Spas & Pools of Texas. The acrylic American Standard tub and it’s amazing features (including Bluetooth sound system, interchangeable jets, adjustable-colors lighting, a powerful pumping system and enhanced bacteria-killer components) are an astonishing upgrade from our former tub (which was from the same great manufacturer). And the all-steel frame, much more friendly insulation
