PRINT/DECORATION PLACEMENT: If there is no outlined print size KTATL will use industry standard for printing. If you request a shirt that has the design 2'' down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure all shirts hit that target. However, all shirts will not hit exactly 2''.
A. Typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate and starts when your order is paid for and we have all information to complete your job. A. Of course! We print on hundreds of different brands but to make it easy we only list the most popular ones.

I was in the market for a large order of personalized merchandise for the company I work for. I couldn’t find anything on the internet and was very disappointed and discouraged. I finally came across Kenny T’s website and was shocked at the fact that I was able to find every single item I was looking for plus more. I went back and forth through numerous emails working out the fine print details. The customer service was just amazing and my responses were handled in a timely manner. I also needed my order before Christmas and was pushing on my time limit. Kenny assured me he would have it ready

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Poor customer service and a rip off. Among a number of customer service failures and inadequacies, this company completely failed to do a simple embroidery job which ruined our sweatshirts. We were charged an extra fee for a font he didn't even use. If you want something done right, don't choose this company.

Kenny's did an outstanding job on my order!!
They were so helpful and curteous.
I dropped off my order on Monday. Even with a slight artwork change it was ready by the following Friday as quoted.
Prices were more than reasonable.
I will definitely be using Kenny's T's for all future outerwear embroidery and t shirt orders.

Used this company for some last minute anniversary shirts. Charged a customization fee for a font, then DIDN’T use it. Completely ruined one side of our 10 year shirts. Wouldn’t recommend, was super eager to send invoice for the fee, THEN DON’T actually do it and just use whatever font you want. Just laziness that resulted in a inferior product that I now have to take to someone else. When asked as to why he used the different font, instead of digitizing what I sent him, he stated he thought it was close enough.

Terrible customer service, doesn't honor stated turnaround time, incomplete order fulfillment.
The front desk was okay but the owner, Kenny, was terrible which puts his staff in a bad position to deal with deserved complaints.
My order was not fulfilled in the 3-5 days (for embroidery) after payment that Kenny's website states in the Policies & Procedures section. When I complained about the late turn-around time, I was told that it is 3-5 business days. BUT the site only mentions business days for screen printing not embroidery. I suggested they update their wording if they want to hold customers
