A great experience overall. We were able to actually get into a home!!! We invested 7 months into trying to get into a home. We had paid applicationfees to everyone and their brother for applications(only to find out the property management companies are being ridiculously picky in order to take in fees from around 200 people a day as long as they can get away with it!) This company was different. Although there was still an application fee they had real employees not the Robo answers I got from everywhere else the prior stuff months.

I am a some what a new tenant. I wanted to post a review regarding application process after Jon showed me the property before office staff took my money for the application DeeDee made sure that I knew what was in the lease and I understood the lease. most companies I was dealing with took my application money then denied me because they received multiple applications before mine.

Very unprofessional. High turnover ratio of employees. I lived at one of their properties for 11 years not one missed or late payment and not one complaint. Read your lease! I was charged for first $100 of ALL maintenance! They even tried to charge me for the maintenance service call for the hot water heater that completely went out and had to be replaced. Why? There was no service! It was old and needed to be replaced! They don't even spray for ants and spiders. Keep a copy of your property walk through checklist when you move in, and make a video of the property when you move out! I was charged

Jon provided immediate assistance in coordinating a house inspection, establishing more reliable process for collecting rent, and issuing demand letters for pesky tenants that weren’t paying on time. The tenants ended up requiring to be evicted due to non-payment

I now have a home (town home) I currently rent through them. The process was easy and swift.
Only problem I have is the house was not cleaned before I moved in. When I walked the place there was a tenant already there who was getting ready to leave. I assumed it would be clean before we moved in. My fault. When we did get to moving in the smell dog pee filled the house. Occasionally it still does.
They help with getting a home too. That is an awesome plan for the future.
