I dropped off some winter jackets in the summer and the old guy gets mad and starts yelling at me over the phone because, I had not picked them up... Yeah it is summer time and I was working longer hours so, rushing to pick up winter jackets was not a priority... Anyways I understand the old guys frustration but, not even my own dad yells at me. Went, paid him, let him him keep the change, picked up my jackets and I'm not ever doing business with him again. Learn how to treat people, plus you are expensive at that. Thanks but no thanks.

Forgot to get the suit dry cleaned even after promising delivery next day. On top of that, the completely unprofessional team does not even let me know until I go to pick up my clothes in the evening. She says that she was just "going to call". Not really, they were hoping I don't turn up to pick the suit so they never would've admitted fault. Never again

I went in to dry clean a dress I bought and the man tried to charge me $50 then I thought why, and I told him ok but then he said I have to come back for it in a week then I said no! I was willing to pay for same day service but he kept looking at the dress, then he said I'm not charging you based on the brand, so I took my stuff and left I bought the dress in a second hand store for five dollars but I looked up the dress and its worth $3800 hundred and he know it that's why he was charging $50 for the service so if you go there and you think you are getting ripped off, you are.
