We believe that the final product that you will get at the end of the pool building process is the best part of this experience. Where do I begin? Let me start with Jesse is a great salesman...but an extremely unprofessional businessman!!!! He started our pool ONE YEAR ago and while functionally and aesthetically it is complete...he has yet to finish ONE MINOR DETAIL! All I need done is the temporary foam between the coping tile and the concrete deck replaced with caulk...that's it. However, Jesse has not replied to any texts or calls for over three weeks. This is a pattern with him...when things aren't going good he will NOT call or text back. We sat idle for months last fall and winter and he would never own up to what
