Each birthday party event MUST have an adult chaperone who will be present during the celebration. We offer a 100% refund policy. If you've booked for a public event and need to cancel for any reason, you can do so knowing you will be refunded the full value of your purchase. If we need to reschedule for any reason, then, your booking will roll over to the updated event date.
If you choose to cancel instead of adhering to the rescheduled date, you will be fully refunded. Private birthday party bookings are excluded. Private birthday party dates can be extended out, up to one year without penalty.

This past Sunday we had our Daughter's third birthday party here. The ladies were prompt with starting on time with our princess as we waited for guest to arrive. The ladies were patient, professional, and understanding of the different age groups we had. Everything was decorated beautifully and the gowns that the girls got to keep were gorgeous. They offer the total package that can't be beat! I was able to enjoy the party and they took care of everything else. We most certainly will be returning and referring anyone we know!
