I have been calling this company since Tuesday of this week. I have left 4 voicemails on their recorded line. I have not been called back by any representative. I am in the lobby for a meeting I have with a vendorstat user. I hope I don't get rejected because of ProTech Compliance lack of customer care. They took my money for registration but wont call me back. Hoping my account makes the switch to a national vendor credentialing system.
