I reached out to MDS because I was having difficulty connecting to the internet during peak hours. Larry was quick to respond and provide a quote. While his quote was higher than his competitors he assured me his personal support of his work and products was worth it. Installation of the new system (new router and 3 access points) took most of the day and both Larry and his assistant were timely, knowledgeable and professional. I heard Media Design would be too busy to take the call of someone who didn't need a whole system installed. Well, I'm glad I didn't listen! Wow! Wow! Wow! š¤© I could not be more pleased with the work Larry and his team did at our home. He is truly a master at what he does. For the initial visit he came out to our home to listen to what we wanted. He then took a week to think about how he can give us everything we want and boy did he do that! After writing up the proposal he came to our home and reviewed it with us in person. We were dealing with a small window that a majority of the work needed to be done due to another project that was happening in our home. Larry was able to work within our time frame and even came to work on Saturdays

Great company to work with! I didn't think that I was going to be able to operate a system like this but its so easy. They guided me through the whole process and I am taking advantage of all the new streaming music and video services without being confused.
