Allegations of malpractice against professionals involve the claim that the professional's services fell below the accepted community "standard of care", or what another similarly situated professional should or should not have done under similar circumstances. We specialize in these cases for architects, structural, mechanical, and civil engineers, as well as surveyors.
We represent clients, including owners and developers, in complicated title and ownership of property disputes. We also defend surveyors, civil engineers, and architects, in property claims brought by other parties in commercial litigation. Our background and knowledge in surveying and property law allows us to lend a unique perspective in these matters to help craft reasonable solutions out of the courtrooms.

I had the displeasure of working with Michael Sutton as an attorney with Morgan & Morgan.
My wife was injured when she was hit, stopped at a red light, by a young lady at 30+ mph.
Mr Sutton ignored the case for years and the defendant moved to another state.
When I asked if her Insurance company moved also he had no reply. He was very poor about returning phone calls or providing information.
When we were finally offered mediation and accepted a $20,000 settlement, we ended up with a $6,000 check.
When we asked where the money went he mentioned there was a referral fee to be paid, not mentioned
