I grew up in Indiana and moved to Dallas in 1999. I'm blessed to have a fabulous husband, son, two daughters, son in law, daughter in law, and a lovable puppy which is just the best. Called Patty to set up a time to meet with her and get a feel for the type of loan officer she is. Wasn't impressed in the least. Didn't want to meet with me without me filling a loan application online even though I told her I'm in the preliminary stages of home buying. Came off as an absolute know it all. Couldn't get one word in-- no exaggeration. She's said "I know what you're going to ask me." Then would state the question that she THOUGHT I was going to ask and would answer it herself. Patty and her crew are truly amazing we had a very complicated situation. We are small business owners, owning three different companies. They made gathering the documentation a snap, kept us informed of everything that was going on with our mortgage. And we didn't have to sell our previous home first. When loan rates dropped a few years later we went to her right away and wanted to refinance she got us into a much shorter term with a lower interest rate and lowered our payment significantly. I highly recommend her and would trust her to do anything with our mortgage again.
