As a new campground, we are able to offer newly installed restrooms and shower areas to our customers. All campsites have full RV hookups in all for RV camping, including water, sewer and electric.

We loved DD Hwy Campground. River is close for all Rvs and the bathhouse was exceptionally clean. Owner was very hospitable and accommodating. We will return.

Had a great time when we stayed there in April of 2020. Though they say we didn't due to the covid their bathrooms were closed. We rented three lots for tents and they can't remember us and now they no longer let tent camper stay.

Campsites available for weekends (most are taken by annual leases) are uncomfortably too close. The sewer hose from the neighboring site went through what should have been our outdoor living area. One of the owners was obnoxious seemingly because there may have been an excess of alcohol consumed. Castor River was dirty and the beach area wasn't very deep.

Steve and Wanda are great hosts, the showers and bathrooms are clean, and the access to the river is very nice. I was here during the week and all was quiet at night. They are adding capacity as of July 2018. I'm new to campgrounds, but it seems very nice to me.

Family friendly and right on the river. Full hookups are a huge bonus with kids. Very clean and well kept. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to stay again.

Campground is being redone or upgraded so all dirt and rock and soft in alot of spots. Sites are close together and some trees were left in odd spots that can make navigating larger rigs difficult. Owners are nice helpful people. This is great place to be totally disconnected from outside world little to no cell reception or wifi
