Good platform and great idea/ experience. I like the opportunity the auction provides for people, however i have bought two pallets so far and both had one very high dollar item that was damaged beyond working and not usable or sellable. Im not sure if I want to continue unless they can address the issue....

We bought two clothing/shoes pallets and had a great experience from the staff to the ease of picking up our pallet we are overall satisfied with them and look forward to doing more business with them…. Our only small complaint is maybe a little less linens , alibaba packages and hospital socks in the shoes/ clothes pallets!

I have bought three pallets from this auction place at appx. $5000. While there were a few valuable items most were junk. They fill the bottoms of these boxes with absolute garbage and unfortunately since they can’t be inspected you don’t know until you empty it after you have paid. I will not be buying another one! UPDATE!!!!!! Ok so this never happens but the auction company called me and they want to make this right!!! I am so impressed that they would do this that I want to let everyone know, this is an absolute ethical company! Buy with confidence!~~!
