Walked in with a dryer heater. The clerk had the correct part in hand before I reached the counter! Polite, kind and personable, he chatted as he removed a needed part from the old assembly and installed it on the new. Great customer service one doesn't see much anymore.

Wow! Customer service goes a long way and A Plus does it right! We had a scheduled window from 10-2. Gerald was in the area a bit earlier and gave us a call and was here within minutes. Friendly and efficient is an understatement. He was honest and quick. He got everything working right again and was extremely nice! I definitely recommend A Plus, ask for Gerald, you won't be disappointed!

Our Subzero fridge's icemaker had been on the fritz for months. Our 'usual' service guy indicated the repair cost would exceed $500, and he didn't know if he could find parts. A neighbor suggested Aplus. Glenn arrived on time, and thoroughly tested the fridge. He concluded that it simply needed a new valve. Way less that our 'usual' guy. We were up and running in about 1.5 hours. Courteous, prompt, professional and honest! These folks are great. They also have a retail store. We're delighted.

I recently needed the control panel on my oven/stove replaced. I made the appointment, they ordered the part, and the tech was on time and able to get everything fixed in under a half hour. I had to pay a more for the part than I would have liked (I found the same part $50 cheaper online), otherwise I would be leaving five stars. I would recommend A Plus and will be using them in the future.
