There are six mandatory courses that must be completed prior to obtaining your license. These are Principles I & II, Law of Contracts, Law of Agency, Finance, and Promulgated Forms. Once licensed, you must take three more courses during the next two years for your first renewal. You can select from a variety of classes including Real Estate Investment, Marketing, Property Management, Property Inspection, Math, Real Estate Law, and Appraisal.
