Assurance 832 lied to me about ecrow and at closing surprised me with something very different from what we discussed. I asked well before closing about Escrow of taxes and insurance. The Owner Marcuse told me he would check with his team and came back later saying it was not required, as I was working to cash-out a rental property. Closing should not have suprises. He and his team thought several times thorughout my transaction time with them that I was paying off a mortgage when I owned the property I was tryign to cash out free and clear. This oversight by Assurance832 affected the rate I
