Local, family owned business that takes pride in customer service.
While having some ATV tires remounted, the technician called my wife over to point out a screw in our truck tire. We have the hazard protection plan. The gentleman made short work of patching our tire and ordering us a new one for NO COST out of pocket. She wasn’t even there to have the truck inspected. Thank you Bob’s Tire and Brake for keeping us safe and your excellent customer service.

This time, I was there for an oil change, wiper replacement, filter replacements, and most importantly the replacement of a hub assembly. They also figured out an electronic Gremlin I was having. With a 2011 pushing 173,000 miles, it's good to have people you can trust. And, they are always friendly and always professional

While traveling I stopped for gas, and as luck would have it, the car wouldn’t start after that. I had my car towed to Bob’s (within 3 miles off of I-75) and left overnight. They open at 0730 and by 0830 had my car diagnosed and repaired and on my way. Even sent someone to pick me up from the hotel! Very sweet caring staff. Car ran find all the way home.

Great service! Had an issue with my Collision warning system and Cruise Control. Left the car in the early afternoon received a call a few hours later that it would require removing the bumper to determine the extent of the damage. Gave the go ahead and was told it would be the following day and they were hopeful it was an easy fix. An hour or so after that I got a call that they had found the problem and that it was an easy fix. Was able to pick up the car the same day. I really appreciate the contact via texts and emails with pictures showing you what was wrong. Great customer service. Highly
