I cannot say enough good things about Wellest and Kathy Kates. I am a fairly young, healthy, active person and injured my SI joint in 2018. I went to multiple chiropractors and PTs to help heal the injury and no one was able to help me improve. After my first appointment with Kathy I knew she was different and would get me results. Kathy is incredibly smart and caring. She takes time to understand her patients and set up a care routine that will ACUTALLY WORK. She set up an individualized routine for me and along the way explained why each part was important and how each part would be helping me

I was referred to Wellest by my urogynecologist and I was so lucky to get an appointment with Kristin Stetzel. Even though she is young, Kristin was very knowledgable and professional in her approach to sensitive issues that I was dealing with. She was always attentive and interested in how I was feeling and in how I was responding to the work we were doing. It was great to have homework that I could do between sessions, too, so that our work together progressed more quickly. I’m very interested in her design work to teach other physical therapists the information they need to learn about physical

I visited Wellness Health during the third trimester of my first pregnancy and worked with Kristen Stetzel. I cannot recommend visiting a pelvic floor PT, and specifically Kristen, enough. Kristen is knowledgeable, thorough and so relaxed and personable. She helped me understand the physiology of how my pregnancy was impacting my abs, posture and pelvic floor putting at ease many concerns that my OB wasn't in the practice of checking for. She also helped me with strategies like breathing and perineal massage to minimize the chance of trauma or severe tearing during birth (it worked!!). The work

Pelvic therapy in the hands of Kathy Kates changed my life! I had a surgical menopause in my 30's and struggled with pain and other issues for decades as MDs told me it was just something I just needed to live with. When I finally received a referral to Wellest a miracle occurred. Every woman should have knowledge and access to this treatment. Kathy, in particular, is a true healer!

I was referred by my OB/GYN to Wellest Integrative Health after living with pelvic pain and dysfunction that was impacting my quality of life in multiple areas. Kristin Stetzel has helped me immensely. Kristin is very mindful and caring in treatment of what can be a sensitive and challenging issue. She is a knowledgeable and empowering teacher as well. I have made major improvements in functionality and only wish I had begun PT years ago! I highly recommend Wellest and Kristin.

Melissa Hines at Wellest is the best of the best. I have suffered from major hip issues for 15+ years and she is the first physical therapist who has been able to make a real difference. She can right away assess where the pain / root cause is from and then customize each session based on how your body is reacting. She is also the most wonderful person and you know you are in trusting good hands.

I could not have asked for a better experience than I had at Wellest. After 3 years of mysterious pelvic floor pain and dysfunction I had seen a handful of different doctors who were universally dismissive and unhelpful, and I was ready to give up on finding a solution. Then I had the incredible good luck of being referred to Kathy. It was clear to me right away that she was extremely knowledgable and passionate about her work, and that she genuinely cared about my health and recovery. Her kind, calm and patient approach made the whole experience really pleasant, and after only 6 weeks (!!) I'm

I started seeing Melissa after having my second baby and a very bad knee injury. Everything was off - especially my alignment and it just went down from there. Not only did I walk out of her office that day feeling 90% better but i can honestly say I do every time I leave. Melissa is amazing and there aren’t enough good things I can say! :) I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for great care!!

Kathy has an amazing knowledge base, excellent communication and listening skills plus she is an authentic, warm person. So to start pelvic floor work with someone like that, I felt incredibly at ease. Kathy is incredibly observant, watching how I move, sit, engage muscles, in order to diagnose issues and suggest changes. After a few sessions, I am amazed at the relief I've experienced. Added plus - the office is bright, clean and zen!

I don't have the words to thank Melissa for all she's done for me. Like most men with pelvic floor pain, I was given the standard run around by my doctors and treated with medicine that was completely ineffective. My outlook and prognosis didn't start to improve until Melissa started treating me. My pain went from a constant 7 out of 10, to a 2-3 out of 10 daily and now some days none at all. Melissa not only helped me with her treatment, but was also able to connect me with other providers to supplement her treatment. I would not be where I am at today without Melissa's
