I love coming to Calamity Janes for tattoos in GJ. Aaron and Jacintah are both incredibly kind, professional, and talented. Aaron did a beautiful traditional American lacrosse stick on my forearm back in 2017 and has touched it up twice over the years free of charge just to keep it looking fresh!

I’ve gone to Tyler at Calamity Janes since 2018. He is absolutely talented! Right off the bat he showed me professionalism and how serious he takes his job. His line work is incredible and he makes me feel right at home whenever I come by. I recommend him anytime someone mentions getting a tattoo. 10/10 pleased by Tyler’s skills and dedication

I showed up for my scheduled appointment with Luke, but was told I would have to reschedule. The project was postponed over 6 weeks because of a sudden sickness. Luke refused to give back my deposit, even after I had someone else do the tattoo in a timely manner.

I love this place. The artists truly care about giving you the best possible piercing/tattoo possible, and really work with you to make your experience the best it can be. My boyfriend and I have been pierced here multiple times, and loved it every time.

Had my first tat done here. Aaron and the staff are friendly and easy going. I appreciate the no pressure atmosphere.

Luke has done both of my tattoos so far and I love them. They’re always great quality, great price and he is very considerate and professional. I’ve recommended him to everyone!

My daughter had an appointment today to get a recent tattoo touched-up. The artist was Luke. He actually drew sharpie on her tattoo to show her what he was going to do. She asked if she could take a pic to send to her mom and he not only said no, but he proceeded to cover it up with a red marker because he said he was afraid she would get someone else to do it cheaper. And then he still wanted to charge her $100. I'm sorry but that is very unprofessional and insulting. Don't recommend this place, they are quick to take your money, whether you are satisfied or not.

Got some work done by Aaron and my experience was nothing but positive! From the cleanly environment to the attention to detail! My tattoo turned out AMAZING and I am excited to get more work done here. Thanks for the awesome time Aaron!

This shop is very clean and professional. The staff is welcoming and easy to work with. Tyler did my tattoo and he was amazing! He took the time needed to create the perfect custom design...it was exactly what I wanted. He was patient and gentle which was very much appreciated! I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends on the Western Slope who want to have work done.

Love my tattoos that Tyler did! He absolutely nailed them. I'm ocd and get worried that I'll be stuck with something that's not up to my standards, but he did even better then I could have imagined! Will definitely go again for more from him!

They were great. Treated My Wife and I very good. Showed them the tattoo we wanted and in minutes we were getting the work done. Was great service and I would highly recommend this shop. Friendly and helpful. Super quick for a walk in. What we had done was small and they did a great job. Most tattoo shops really don't want to do small work and are snooty. Not these guys!!! Great customer service!!! Thank you!

Let me start out by saying just how genuinely disappointed I am that I am to be leaving this review. I got three very small and simple tattoos a few months ago and had one of my better tattoo shoppe experiences. Aaron was so friendly and down to Earth and did not have your stereotypical judgmental tattoo artist attitude about him. I also paid quite a bit more for three small tattoos at once than I would have liked or expected but I figured that you pay for what you get. On top of that I left Aaron a very, in my opinion, generous tip.

I've gotten all of my tattoos here! My first one was some pretty simple artwork off of an album cover that I wasn't really sure what to do with, so I pulled up google images and showed them to Aaron. The guy is a wizard; everything looks great and has far exceeded my expectations.

I would also like to note that Aaron is a really nice guy. Not only did he cut me some outrageous deals, but he was super knowledgeable and informative. I've never received such awesome customer service that I wanted to go home and write a Yelp review. However, I'd recommend this place to anyone

Love my tattoo and my artist. This was my second tattoo and it was such a great experience with super nice people. I went in a group with me and two of my friends. We all got tattoos and the pricing was great! Fransisco did all of ours and he did a fantastic job!

My gorgeous new tattoo I love it! Thanks Franky! So beautiful he did an amazing job the atmosphere was wonderful! I came in for a cover up told him my idea and he did it even bette than I imagined he changed my idea to something that fit beautifully and flowed with my wrist! Black and gray shading done specifically well! He was a wonderful artist and even told me how he had gone to extremes to get where he is today. His trade is everything to him and I would recommend him to anyone!! Thank you so much :)
