Lillian was a godsend. I have been searching for a king replacement mattrass but the retail brand stores made me want to tear my hair out after listening to them trying to sell me mattrasses i did not want or need! Didn't trust them after reading consumer reports about reasonable prices for a very good quality mattrass. Bought a very good mattrass for more than a 50% discount. Her word was as good as her promise. A no hassle experience from walk in to delivery. Professional in every way!

This is the second time we've bought from Mattress By Appointment. Both times were seamless. Less than 50 bucks down and I got an amazing king mattress financed.... And she delivered it! Don't waste your money at a furniture store. I used to work in one. Overpriced stuff that is always on sale and still marked up like crazy. Not at Mattress by appointment. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Very impressed at the price for quality. We were able to try a variety of mattresses and picked one we loved for half the price of other stores. Even ordered an adjustable base and Jillian also got us a couple sweet pillows. Shipping took a lot longer than I would've liked, but that's not her fault and she did tell us that it would take a couple weeks. Overall, I highly recommend buying from here if you don't mind waiting a few weeks for delivery.
