Since 1945, Jack Landis & Company has been serving the accounting and tax needs of the greater Pittsburgh area. Our company was started by Jack Landis after he was discharged from the army. His thinking was that many new businesses would be starting up and they would need accounting and bookkeeping assistance as well as help in the filing of income tax returns.
COMPUTER ACCOUNTING doing writeup, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations in order to prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements on a monthly or quarterly basis. PAYROLL SERVICES in which we prepare payrolls and checks as well as do the online depository of federal and state taxes. We also prepare quarterly reports for those that do their own payrolls as well as process W-2s and 1099's at year end.
