Took my work truck to Southside because of good reviews and close proximity to new home and needed ball joints replaced in a timely manner as I drive cross country. Was told to Bering it in sooner than later to meet my deadline so I did. Was told would get call back to confirm upper or lower or all four joints but never did. I was patient and waited as late as possible and was told the wrong seal was delivered and it would be morning and I said fine so I call next day at 11am and said truck has been done all morning. Get there and bill is $375 higher then first quote before bringing truck in and
