The worst water company ever the rudest staff i have ever spoke with they dont care about what you have to say they are right and you are wrong my bill went from 100 dollars to 400 in one month tried to tell me i used 41,000 gallons of water when i asked for a consumption usage report i was told for 75 dollars they would email it to me then i said it was impossiable to have used that much water they said u have a leak then i have had all new pipes put in so i know that wasnt the case then my bill is 75 dollars the next month they will not listen to anything i have to say so im going to the next

Why do we have no updates?? Nothing ! No water for 3 days? I also love that you put a boil water sign at the end of our road but many of our neighbors have not left their homes so maybe a call or text. I will be looking into what our government can do to fix your problems this is unacceptable behavior!

Worst Company EVER, VERY RUDE and NOT HELPFULL !!!!!!!!!!!
They disconnected my Uncles water by pulling his meter by mistake.
They said someone called in a disconnect. When I called to inform them of there mistake they wanted another rent agreement and another deposit of $100.
This account is In CREDIT of 21.80 due to them double billing it for $102 twice last month = $204.08
I explained that i was the owner of the property and my Uncle was living there. He is 80 years old and flushing a toilet with a 5gal bucket.
I hope they are happy to inconvenient people for there mistakes. Hours are 7

Water out two weeks ago... And again today. It's been an ongoing thing for quite awhile.
Can never get anyone to answer the phone at the actual water company. Side note- the TNG folks, who are contracted to fix the problems, are very helpful but they aren't the people who get your money every month!!! They should at least TRY to appear like they actually care....

Nora, Do not tell me you do not have poor customer feedback. Look at these reviews.
This is sincerely a monopoly. Sometimes companies have fraud protection filters in place on credit cards that are to be auto drafted from- payments get missed when these credit cards are changed. Explaining that a ACH Banking Withdrawal will take Two Months to establish is outright ridiculous.
A nice email or robocall stating Disconnect is about to occur would work wonders for all of your customers. It is mind boggling you are not interested in doing this. But then, it starts making sense when other customers

I hate this water company so much. Absolute worst customer service the “manager” acts like she can do what ever she wants because she’s the only water company that we can go to in our area. Giving fees without notice. My whole street knows who the lady is and they all have horrible things to say about her. I hope she’s reading this so she can learn that she needs to improve her customer service. And whenever another water company opens around here I’m sure she’ll lose all her customers and can sit there and realize it was all her fault. I know my whole street will be leaving !

Worst water company I’ve ever dealt with! Never got a bill or disconnect notice in the mail so they shut the water off. We paid our bill immediately and early in the day, they wouldn’t send a tech back out to turn our water on the same day and we have a small child in the house and we need water! HMW are a bunch of crooks and customer service is terrible!

HMW-SUD are the sorriest bunch of idiots I have ever dealt with. We have been customers for 20 years and I kick myself every time I receive a bill and knew I should have drilled a well when I built the house. I was stupid enough to believe their story about providing a quality product and exceptional service - neither of which is remotely accurate. This past month my check was lost in the mail and I requested the $5.00 late fee be waived since I had not missed or had a late payment in 20 years, which equates to 240+ payments. I was told that is not typically done I would need to write a letter

After changing checking accounts my payment wasn't made on time. I made the payment immediately after service was cut off and 24 hours later I still have no water. 2 years ago they found a leak in THEIR service coming from under my ditch. The brought in their backhoes and equipment. 8 days to fix it - I had no water service for 3 of those days and they destroyed my retaining wall and 2 trees. I have subsequently had to have an 80+ foot pine cut down after the damage to the root system from their backhoes (12 feet from the ditch) made the tree too unstable and I was afraid it would fall.
