We placed a big order with them. They were prompt in collecting the laundry and dropping it off. However some of our clothes shrunk, especially my kids clothes and my new shirt I purchased from Disney store and jeans. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them but haven’t heard back. I was told someone will call me back but it’s been four days and I haven’t heard from anyone. They said we used commercial dryers so clothes do shrink, if that’s the case, they should tell everyone in advance and ask them to opt for low dryer option even though it wasn’t offered on the website. Arrived on a Friday morning and the place was pretty busy; which one employee stated was unusual. I was here on vacation and was unfamiliar with the area but I had read another review that mentioned using an app to pay for the machines which sure sounded convenient to me! I wanted to use the Speed Queen app to pay for the machines so that I wouldn't need a bunch of cash or quarters so I chose this laundromat. I selected unscented, no fabric softener and no scented dryer sheets and my clothes came back smelling heavily of really terrible floral scent.
So, they told me they would redo my laundry for free, and that I could use my own detergent and dryer sheets. ok, great, sounds fine.
Then they recharged me for the whole thing.
I gave them a full bottle of rather expensive detergent and it came back to me empty, and I never received any of my dryer sheets back.
When I call they are polite and want to help me, but I'm not sure its really worth the trouble if I have to keep

This facility is what community businesses SHOULD look like. The staff is DIVERSE, KIND, PROFESSIONAL, and they follow health and safety protocols (staff are wearing masks). A few weeks ago, I had an emergency happen while I was in the middle of washing clothes. I explained what was going on to staff member and she passed the information on to management. Management was so patient and understanding with me. Turns out, my emergency was a false alarm. However, I WILL NEVER forget the time a care that was taken out to help me sort through the problem. We are visiting from California and Staying at a hotel. The Laundry room picked up our clothes and returned them the very next day. They cared very much to ensure we were taken care of. I'd like to note the owner has tried his best to compensate me for the extensive losses. Unfortunately, in addition to losing all of my bathroom essentials (towels, hand towels, washcloths), I keep finding items that were sent in now missing (sheets, clothing, etc). I do trust that the business owner takes operations and quality control improvement very seriously, and I look forward to seeing this establishment make significant improvements to their services and delivery in the immediate future. DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place is way too packed. There is barely any space to walk with all the bins the employees have in the way filled with clothes that they are washing. There are barely any carts for you to put your cloths in and there are NO TABLES TO FOLD YOUR CLOTHES and no sink. The machines are over priced and all taken up by the employees that wash towels and bed sheets for the hotels. This place looks nice in the pictures but when you go its a totally different story. Also if you find parking near by its a miracle. And everyone always leaves their cars parked right in the entrance to

I first tried this facility about a week after finding it via Google...my search criteria was safe laundromats near my area and this popped up with great reviews. When I got there on a Monday or Tuesday afternoon it wasn't that busy and there was plenty of washers and dryers to use. The staff was helpful for it being my first time in a laundromat. Other than it being very hot in the place I really enjoyed it. I recently returned last night to try their other services Wash n go where you pay a flat rate of 1.50 per pound and my total was $22.00 with a tip making it 27 dollars. I dropped my bags

The sign out front advertises in small print, .79 cents per pound w/ 20 pound minimum, we asked if we bring in 20lb is the charge less, the answer is no. Instead of 15.05 or 16 for 20lb its automatically 22.50. All customers should be advised 22.50 is the minimum charge. This is false advertising

I am extremely happy to share how amazing The Laundry Room laundry and delivery service has been for my family. We experienced a sudden slab leak in our home on April 15, 2021. Almost half of the house flooded, with many soaked piles of laundry and mats on the floor. I never thought of using such a service until this event. The silver lining is how grateful I am to have found them on Google. They have a very reasonable rate with incredibly efficient turnaround time. Great place to do laundry. I was staying at a hotel across from universal studios and they were taxing for laundry so I decided to look up for a local laundromat. The Laundry Room was very clean. There are always employees there taking great care of the place.
They offer self service but also are a very big provider of wash and fold service to individuals and hotels in the area. It's located in a plaza with a couple more shops such as a grocery and a nail shop.

Update: the owner contacted me from my previous review. He was very apologetic and asked for me to try again.
I went back and dropped clothes off. I was a bit worried as I had to help the reception to get my order in the system. I also was having my order delivered to a hotel and I was a bit worried if there would be any issues.
I received my laundry back at my hotel when I arrived later that evening. Everything was in order.

This place is great! We moved into a house but won't have a washer or dryer for several weeks, so we were looking for a reliable place to do laundry. This facility is really large, is really clean, the staff is friendly, it has a play area for kids, and takes credit cards. You can do your own laundry, or drop it off to be done and pick it up later. I dropped off so I could go to work. Turns out I had 37 lbs of laundry. They washed it and dried it for under $30 total! Not only is this location conveniently located to my house but it just opened and everything is brand new and so clean inside. What makes it even better is the friendly attendant working this morning, Edith! Not only did she welcome me into the facility but she took her time to explain about their convenient app and promotion going on that I can earn money towards my laundry! I don’t often use laundromats but it’s nice to know that this location is right my house, it has plenty of brand new washers and dryers, is very clean and has such awesome friendly staff! Best laundry service so far!!! Went here for the first time and the employee already welcomed me knowing it was my first time. Showed me around the facility and took the time to show me how their new machines worked and how it could be tracked with your phone. Their work ethic was much noticed. They kept the place clean by sanitizing every machine with awareness to try and delay Covid-19 from happening to anyone and assured everyone was always wearing a mask.
