I've already paid them $1,000, haven't heard from them in months, and they don't respond to emails or phone calls. It's too soon to know for sure if I've been taken advantage of, so I'll just say be cautions with this firm. I'll be glad to update this post up on resolution of my case.
Update -- someone did finally call me back. Just waiting on resolution.
Update 2 -- The firm has submitted my recommendation to the VA. Things seem to be moving now. Will keep you updated. (3-6-2018)
No increase. In fact, one if my rated disabilities saw a slight decrease. I could have done better on my own. Stay

LSA was a good company to work with, my case manager DK was awesome and a pleasure to work with. To my fellow veterans don’t hesitate, trust the process. We all have different issues so the response time differ from vet to vet just TRUST THE PROCESS and be patient.

Since returning to the civilian life after serving in the Corps, I quickly realized the frustration in going to the VA for doctors appointments and review boards in Baltimore, MD and Washington DC. I found out how the VA doctors and review board panels were not interested in hearing what my body was showing, what information I provided personally and with medical documentation over numerous attempts to fight for what I deserved. They seemed very guarded and willing to extend all process to prevent any others from increasing their compensation; like the “good ole boy” group.. While submitting

These guys illegally make you pay upfront and once they have your money, they don't do anything. Go with an agency that takes money AFTER they are able to get your disability rating increased. They are slow to help, if at all. The lawyer at this office caused the VA to actually hurt one of my ratingings. When I finally spoke him, he called me from some restaurant smacking on his food while he talked. Totally unprofessional.

I am a USAF veteran I had tried to claim disability after I retired and was unable to figure out how best to win my case. 15 yrs later, I was referred to LSA and Renesha was my case worker, she is absolutely wonderful. She walked me through the process and answered my questions. I was able to get a big increase in my disability rating. LSA knows the process and the right medical terminology to best support your case. It was worth the price.

LSA cares about Veterans! Ms Cleveland is a no non-sense professional...and I really appreciated the passion to assist disabled veterans from the beginning/end of the process. Don’t expect phones calls for updates and don’t waste time with millions of questions...just follow the process. LSA took my case Feb. 2020 and got done in 7 months. They were dome delays but those were caused by the VA. Staff always responded to my inquiries.
Make sure you make your initial appointments right away so your package goes out right away. Thank you! You guys did in months what it had taken me years to achieve with a veteran service organization.

I was referred to this firm by a neighbor. Mr. stokes was very helpful. I did everything they instructed me to do . After 6 years of going back and forth with the VA, I’m very satisfied with my rating. Mr. stokes always answers when I call or returns my call. He takes pride in his business and is very knowledgeable. As long as you have patience and can follow instructions, you will not be disappointed. I have already referred two veterans .
