Went in and was greeted with a verrt knowledgeable staff. I have had some cheap scooters in the past but was ready to get something a little better.
Went in to look at a 2004 vespa, but was quickly educated about Genuine Scooters. Test drove a Rattler 200i and left with it that day! Impressive machine, runs 65 in the right conditions, 60 uphill on highway.
Couldnt be happier with my purchase, and I am sure I will upgrade when warranty runs out.
Thanks guys!

I am always a little apprehensive when entering a business that I'm not all familiar with but there was no reason to feel that way in this case. I walked in and was immediately made to feel welcome. I had the pleasure of working with Jon while taking a look at what they had in stock. In truth, I had already picked one out and my plan was to go to the shop to see it in person and then base my purchase decision on the overall feeling I got from the shop and the folks working there. I had no reservations whatsoever in paying a deposit to hold my new Piaggio. Give Metro Scooter your business,

The knowledge shared about my scooter was perfect. Seth knew so much about his inventory and he knew which one would be the best for me.
As a first time rider he let me try as many as I needed to find the perfect one for me! I love my scooter and I am very happy with my choice. Thank you Metro Scooter! We’ll be back to get another one for my husband!

Seth and Jon are awesome to work with and they stock a great selection of really nice scooters and accessories. Just bought a Kymco Spade 150 with no prior "motored 2-wheel vehicle" experience and they made me feel totally comfortable not only with the purchase, but also transporting and riding it safely. I really appreciate what they do for the city of Cincinnati - go visit their store and buy a scooter!! They are a blast!

I had an awesome experience at Metro Scooter. Seth and Jon were incredibly helpful as I was picking out my scooter. They welcomed me over several visits and answered all my questions to make sure I got the best bike for my needs and interests. Since then, their service and support in getting accessories has been fantastic. I can’t recommend metro scooter enough!

A real gem in Cincinnati. Bought a Vespa 6 years ago. Service is awesome. Seth keeps updating inventory with different types of scooters, motorcycles, and now bikes. I almost made the mistake of buying a foreign scooter off the internet to save a few hundred bucks. Don't do that - you've been forewarned. Metro Scooter is a happy place and will add to your experience!

Seth and Jon essentially brought my "totaled" scooter back to life. After being rear ended, and then having a sub par towing company cause additional damage, my Buddy 125 was considered a total loss. Seth and Jon not only helped me deal with insurance company, but also restored my bike to wonderful working condition. Although I live an hour away, I will be bringing my 10 yr old Scooter back to this business from this point on for maintenance and just a great customer experience. Thanks for everything guys.

I bought my first scooter, a 2004 Stella, from Metro Scooter 14 years ago and in 2007 bought a Buddy. These guys are total pros and truly love two wheels. Both of my scooters have run extremely well and only needed routine maintenance (tires, brakes, oil) and they have always performed that service quickly and at a very reasonable cost. You won't be disappointed.

March 2015 - I had all intentions of writing a review defending Metro after reading the other reviews on here. I've stopped in a few times over the years when pondering buying a Genuine Buddy or Stella but I've always ended up picking up something older and cheaper instead.
I recently called to inquire about a fuel tap gasket for a 1979 Vespa P200E. The response "we don't work on vintage bikes" I'm not sure what constitutes vintage but I do find it rather strange that they will only service modern scoots when the Stella is essentially an Indian Vespa PX. Oh well

I went to buy a scooter to surprise my husband for our 35th wedding anniversary. Seth helped me understand which scooter would be best for my husband and I. Seth is an amazing and knowledgeable professional. I would highly recommend Metro Scooter's to anyone that is looking for best in class service and knowledgeable professionals. Thank you again Metro Scooters and Seth!

Got my SYM HD200 from them a few years back. Love it and love them. It was a nice buying experience - insanely knowledgeable and personable staff took us n00bs and brought us up to speed and helped us pick the best ride for us. Seth took my wife and I over to a big parking lot to get the basics and learn how to ride the thing before setting us free into the wilds of Cincinnati where people do whatever they want on the road. (We also took the the state's motorcycle class later on, which was actually really fun and well done.)
They've always been good on support for me as well. Blew my

Noting the previous reviews. I would say I have had a VERY different experience. I bought a Stella and the experience was pleasant and the staff was helpful.
I can only speak to my purchase, which was a year-old Stella that the owner had previously used. They taught me how to ride and have been cooperative with any mechanical issues I've had with it thus far.
For someone looking to buy a scooter from their show-room, I would enthusiastically recommend.

There isn't *really* a war between motorcycle heads & scooter fans. There is a continuum, like the Kinsey Scale. A few people are completely straight, and some rare people will *only* ride scooters, but most of us are somewhere in the middle, and daydream about 2-wheeled vehicles that are cool *and* cute.
The buyers at Metro Scooter seem aware of this fact, to a point. You can buy a Vespa, a Genuine, a Stella (which shifts, but on the handlebars), and a Taiwanese version of that classic of fence-sitting motorized cycles, the Honda Cub. It's called a SYM Symba, and you shift
