Got hold of the front desk once. No response after that. Called several times, goes to VM. She would never call back. Tech came to diagnose the issue w/ tankless rinnai unit. Left afterwards and never came back or communicated. This plumber is supposed to be one of the designated Rinnai repair plumber. Very disappointing ..

This company replaced 2 gas water heaters with tankless units at my home. Very professional job and quality product. One unit was in the attic and difficult to get to and the other had to be moved so both were complicated. I’m very happy with their work.

Instructed driver of utility van with the company name tankless water heaters of Orlando to move his vehicle as his van and another similar van were obstructing my driveway. Both vans were unlawfully parked. Owner of van refused to move. Contacted the Orange County Sheriff's Office but van left before the Deputy arrived.
