I would recommend them, they are very organized and professional. As a past employee it was the best home health care company I have ever worked for. I was very impressed with how much they care for their clients.

I have been with Tender Care for almost 5 years and I am loving my job. I get to do what I love and that is taking care of people. This is what I have always wanted to do and Tender Care gave me the opportunity to do so by hiring me. I enjoy being able to see the smiles I put on people's faces on a daily basis because I came into their home to help them with their daily living. No, it's not all cupcakes and rainbows, it can get stressful at times. It's not about the money I can make (but it does help pay the bills), it's about enjoying helping others. Giving a one star should be cut in half . TC. Will proudly delete this review like they do their clients records as the state lady come in. Work is so unstable! Under paid like no other. Let’s take back to when I saved not one not two not even 3 but 5 times saved 2 different clients. Liife... TC doesn’t care about the clients . Its all about the $ . I’m so glad I finally got the back bone to leave this company ( after half the office staff left ) please do your research when it comes to your loved ones being taking care of .one staff office!!!!! I have been with Tendercare for over 11 years. My job is very rewarding and fulfilling. I love the people I work with and the company. It's a joy coming to work and being involved in our client's lives. We have wonderful aides they become part of our work family.

I WORKED WITH TENDER CARE FOR 9 YEARS AS A PCA AND I LOVED IT I LOOKED FORWARD TO WAKING UP TAKING CARE OF MY CLIENTS I LEFT FOR 2 YEARS TO PURSUE A CAREER IN NURSING AND I AM NOW BACK WITH THE COMPANY THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR ANY TIME I HAVE HAD SOMETHING COME UP WITH MY FAMILY THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN UNDERSTANDING AND HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH ME I REALLY ENJOY THE PEOPLE I WORK WITH THEY ARE MORE LIKE A SECOND FAMILY
