The owner was straight forward about what the diagnosis was and what repairs was needed. He told me the price and day that it would be finished and he was right on point. His place is clean and he is really easy to talk with. Guarantees and takes pride in his work.

I brought in my truck to get the transmission fluid levels checked and they told me they would have it ready within a couple of hours which they did and the front desk person was nice and the prices were fair. Definitely recommend!

The reviews about John & Fleet Transmission are all positive for a reason. They accurately portray who he is as both a person and business owner. I had experienced quite the stressful week with a check engine light flashing on and off accompanied by acceleration issues throughout a 1600 mile road trip with a toddler on board. After dropping my car off with John, I received a phone call just a couple of hours later letting me know that it was unfortunately a computer related issue that only a dealership would be able to repair. He was able to pinpoint the exact issue, very kindly didn’t even charge

I have taken my vehicle to Fleet Transmissions and Auto Repair several times over the years, and each time I am treated fairly and honestly. John listens to my concern, calls with a quote once he diagnoses the issue, completes the repair in the time frame he commits to, and has never tried to add unnecessary repairs. He does not allow a vehicle to leave his shop until he is satisfied the the job well done!
