Windshield had a huge set of spider web cracks due to an unscheduled air bag deployment on the passenger side. The crew came to my home and did the work in my driveway. Weather was a factor and they rescheduled one day out due to rain. The new windshield looks OEM and I'm happy with the installation.

I came back from vacation, and my driver's side window had been shattered. I reached out to H&A, and they were very responsive and able to come to me and fix my window the very next day. Quick service at a reasonable price. Jesse did a great job of fixing my window, and I will definitely use H&A again if I ever need another glass replacement (though I must say I hope I don't!)

My car was part of a 20+ car break-in at our apartment complex that happened around 9:30/10pm right before a terrible storm. My entire passenger side window was smashed in. We’ve used Safelite before but they had no availability until the next WEEK. So I called H&A and they were really nice on the phone, could come out the same day in a matter of hours, and were over $100 cheaper than Safelite. Excellent service ! Responded to Yelp quote within an hour on a holiday weekend ! (New Year's Eve) and completed the job on the next available business day - Monday. Technicians were professional, courteous, and meticulous, checking their work multiple times to ensure the glass was seated properly and that the door closed and sealed appropriately. Clean-up was also extremely diligent, using a blower and vacuum to remove all broken glass. Pricing was extremely competitive - (cheapest rate), but service was top class!! Would definitely use them again without hesitation !

With 4 teenagers a few years ago I've had to use H&A multiple times. From baseballs, rocks, traveling ATL expressway and crazy girlfriends we've had our share. This time was me...broken windshield on my year old Jeep Cherokee. They quoted, scheduled and arrived on time. VERY professional, courteous and reasonable. I'd recommend 100 times over and over. Thirty minutes and they transferred my oil change and parking sticker over to my new windshield.

They installed after-market glass, not OEM, but it appears to be a high-quality part and the price was right.
I'm very happy about the speed, quality, and friendliness of their service. The day after I contacted them, two installers were at my house to do the work. They were finished pretty quickly and left everything clean and tidy. They readily agreed to route my dashcam wire under the edge of the new windshield, so it was a nice little bonus

My car was broken into and the passenger side windows needed to be replaced. I called at 9:00am and they had a tech at my house by 12pm. Jesse was a rock star and had the job completed within 45 minutes. Not to mention they gave me the lowest price. One shop that I called had quoted double the price of what H&A charged. And that shop didn't offer mobile service, you had to drive your car to them. I didn't want to take my car on the road till the windows were replaced so I was willing to pay a little more for mobile service. But amazingly they charged the lowest price out of all the

They were able to find a windshield for my 2021 Corolla, when I needed to reschedule my original appointment due to a family Emergency they were more than happy to move it. They were punctual, Horacio called me at 8am and told me they would be there at 8:45am, they arrived at 8:43! They kept me informed of everything they did and tided up my car a little after they were done. They are so affordable!

If you live in Atlanta and don't call H&A Auto, you're doing yourself a disservice. Yes to all check marks in service: Professional, fast response, fit you on as soon as possible and lowest cost. These guys Rock!

Excellent work. I initially gave them the wrong model info for my car. When the tech came out before he started, he saw that it was the wrong windshield. He told me don't worry about it they'll get it straight. They called me two days later and rescheduled my installation. They came back out and repaired my windshield in less than an hour and still gave me the initial quote price.

H&A came to my house to replace the windshield on my Audi S6 after a rock caused a large crack. I was a little concerned about the outcome of the repair because there are several sensors and a HUD using the windshield glass to operate. While the first glass panel was the correct part number and had the correct markings, it didn't work with the equipment on the car. It looked defective from the factory. They offered to cover the cost of the initial sensor calibration and replace the glass with an OEM windshield. My insurance agreed to cover the more expensive OEM part, given the situation

I decided not to go with Safelite due to their 3-star and 2.5-star reviews in Atlanta and Norcross. I noticed this business has over 300 reviews and a 5-star average, it was a no brainer to call them.
I spoke with Jesse. He was punctual, friendly and cheap compared to Safelite.
I don't know how he does it. I was billed $160 and Safelite quoted me $401 for my 2009 Honda Accord.
I'm just saying, keep supporting small businesses like this and everybody wins!
Note: I expected to get a generic windshield, not the Honda OEM one, however this glass company (FUYAO) manufactures OEM glass
