I called to see if I could get a pickup to go to work. He asked my address and gave me the price when I asked how long the phone hung up. I thought maybe it was a mistake so I called again. As soon as I told him that I called a minute ago this man proceeded to hang up the phone again. He even went the route to be questioning me about whether or not I was going to work. Why ask all that information with no intention of pickup then be disrespectful about it too by hanging up? I won’t be using this taxi service .

This company is amazing! I use their shuttles every time I visit PCB (which is yearly) and they always have fast, reliable service. Their owner is also hilarious! Hands DOWN, USE their shuttles for the best, LOCALLY-owned and run way to get around PCB and the greater Emerald Coast - all hours of the day and night!

We arrived at the airport at Panama City beach and there were no uber or Lyft services and no rental cars available. By a stroke
Of luck Brandon had just dropped off someone and he took us to our condo and then we pre arranged the taxi ride back and thank goodness cause we needed to leave at 5 am . He was great and very nice and reliable. Highly recommend

I used Emerald Taxi several times in the past 2 months. The driver Brandon was ALWAYS on time & always got me to where I needed to be early. He was a very polite & professional guy & they have reasonable prices. As long as I live in the Bay county area I’ll never use another taxi service. If it’s not Emerald Taxi then i won’t take a taxi

I called and requested a taxi due to a unfortunate family fall out while on vacation. Hasty to make the decision, I had to cancel.
Brentt, my driver had just arrived when I had to let him know. He was extremely kind and understanding towards the situation I was in. He definitely is the kind of person you should be proud to have, because his peoples skills and service are next level.

I wouldn't recomend this service. After using it several times over the past few weeks, I was extremely disappointed and will immediately find another service.

-Driver may play loud music
-Driver may make or recieve phone calls, text, or write while driving
-Dispatch service is usually hard to hear and will ask the same questions repeatedly. The dispatcher may be distracted and driving other customers during your call. If the line is busy you won't be put on hold, you must keep calling back until the line is open. Your call will not be returned if the line is busy,

Emerald Taxi is the best transportation company to use during Spring Break, or any other time, for that matter.
During all the craziness of Spring Break, our driver was able to keep a cool head and get us safely from place to place, all while being courteous and friendly.
We also used their shuttle services to attend a wedding and reception in which they were very professional and prompt!

In Panama City Beach, a tourist town with bustling nightlife and a jam packed spring break, taxi service is the quickest and safest mode of transportation. I wish more would utilize those services. Some are much better than others, however, which is just as important. I got lucky and stumbled on the best one, from what I hear and experienced for myself.
