The Judge essentially told the other attorney that she didn't have a prayer. In 2007, the State of Georgia revised the way that child support is calculated. I thank God every day that I was awarded custody of my children after an extremely contentious divorce in 2015, but since then my ex-spouse has done everything in her power to make my life hell, even hurting my children to get back at me. No one would hold her accountable for her actions. After my child was placed in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, I had enough, and that’s when I called David. He listened and immediately took action when others told me I should be grateful that I had primary custody of my children, especially considering I am a minority

David Schachter did more than I honestly thought possible. He was an absolute bulldog in the court room and nothing slipped by. It stays on offense! I now have the pleasure of joint physical custody when I don't think any other attorney could have achieved that for a father. I hired David Schachter to represent me in my divorce action 4 years into my case. I wish I had known to go to him from the start. This divorce case was long and a bit more complicated because I had to work outside of the country. In the 4 years of the case before I hired David my prior attorney accomplished nothing. I was afraid that husbands and… fathers could never get justice. I was mistaken. You just need the best attorney, and in my opinion that is David. Mr. Schachter knows his stuff. There is no other way to put this: Mr. David Schachter is simply the best divorce attorney around. Two years into my divorce case it became obvious that I needed a new attorney. By the end of the case, my… divorce actually lasted almost 5 years because of my ridiculous, narcissistic husband, his antics, and my husband’s second attorney who took ludicrous positions and did not follow the law.
