Your medical record has been created electronically and stored digitally. We can provide you with PDF copies of your medical record on a USB flash drive at no charge. If you want paper copies of your medical record, your digital files will be downloaded and printed by a copying service and mailed from a mailing center.

Dr. Simone is the best. I would have to go back to my youth to find a time when a physician has spent so much time with me and has been so thorough. He even rescheduled his day so that he could attend my heart cath to reassure me that all was well. His office mixes the best of old fashion personal concern with the modern technology to keep you healthy.
I highly recommend this office. I am a very picky person.I do not lavish praise easily. :)
