Went in for an audiogram on 12/23/21. Neither the receptionist nor the audiologist (Nicole Bettencourt, Au.D.) were wearing masks. The receptionist only put a mask on when she saw I wouldn't approach the check-in desk, and the audiologist didn't put a mask on until I requested she do so - and the "mask" the audiologist put on was actually a sort of helmet-shield that did not properly seal around her mouth. At the end of my appointment, the audiologist gave me a note with two websites listed, and said "these might help you." The first website recommends Ivermectin for prevention and treatment of
