I live in Inman Square and have been going to Inman Pharmacy for two years. I love that I feel like a valued member of the community when I walk in. The pharmacists are very nice and always fill my prescriptions on time. Excellent customer service!

So much better than Walgreens or CVS! Also they also have a location across the street you can get a rapid Covid test M-F. They saved me so much time. I had already wasted a lot of time at Walgreens. But Inman’s is so much better, also much, much better service for prescriptions!

Inconsiderate and unknowledgeable of medical conditions, the owner is rude and impatient. The only decent and knowledgeable person there is their son so on the bright side the business will be in good hands for the future

We have used Inman pharmacy for years for my moms meds and they are able to fill in blister packs which is a huge benefit. Great local business!

Horrible service would not recommend. Unprofessional to say the least. Was denied legal medication and my time was wasted when they could have been direct.

For my first Shingrix vaccine, I waited ten minutes for processing; I was thrilled to get my shot. My second vaccine (I took reading material), went faster. Everyone was pleasant; I received a reminder to get the second shot.

Sitting outside Inman Pharmacy trying not to cry after what has become a tradition on the way home from having a baby at Mount Auburn...dropping off prescriptions and getting hugs and congratulations from all the women who work here.

Linda, Jeannie, and Victoria have always been friendly, and took especial interest in me during my first pregnancy. Then they always took a few moments to chat with me and gush over the baby when I came in as an overwhelmed new mom. My now three year old knows "my friend Linda at the pharmacy" will always give her a hug and a tickle (and these days, usually

Was with them more than 10 yrs but as of this year i had enough. Not sure where the older original staff and pharmacist are. But the new younger staff are rude and what use to be a place where they valued their customer has turned out to be a "I don't care and next in line" attitude turned me off people are consumers especially when u have big chain pharmacies that will give your meds faster and with a slight smile. But then again they probably are allset with customers they're small and Cambridge hospital steps away! all I know is thanks but I'm all set with them.i pray they are never in need

I wanted so hard to like this place. In this day when corporate giants litter the landscape, I try to patronize local mom and pop shops whenever possible. Sadly, this place makes it impossible. They never get the order right, it always takes forever to get it corrected, and this time they called to tell me my prescription was ready, but when I got to the store they only had 1/4th of the order ready, making it necessary for me to go back Monday. I am no longer a customer.

I didn't like the experience. Went there to pick up a prescription and was handed a little plastic container with pills. Labelled by the pharmacy. No way to know what these pills are: I don't believe stickers on plastic containers that have been printed by a pharmacists. If I spend money on prescriptions I expect to receive a little cardboard box with a complete list of ingredients, the brand name, the expiry date, and last but not least factory sealed pills. Let me repeat that for emphasis: Factory sealed. By the drug manufacturer.

I'm new to the area and wanted to give my business to a local proprietor. I'm glad I did. My prescription was filled quickly, and I was welcomed as a new customer.

First of all, I have been a customer of this pharmacy for my entire life (58) years. But what happened yesterday made me feel like a small bad child. I needed help from the owner, but instead I get a lecture from the owner that my 30 day script should not be out in 28 days. This happened in front of a store full of people. I wanted to crawl away and hide. Everyone in there knew my business. Beyond that he blamed me and my Doctor for the rejected script when it turned out that the pharmacy ordered a brand of medication that the insurance company would not accept.

Don't come here if you can help it...

They are extremely disorganized. Three times in the past year I have had my debit card charged without ordering any medication. When I called, they would always say that they have NO record of this charge and blame either me or my bank.

Today I was charged again (despite switching to a new pharmacy over a month ago!!!!!!!!) and had to file a fraud claim when a very hostile man over the phone again blamed my bank when it was quite clearly their charge. I had to change my debit card and everything.

They are the most disorganized business I have EVER encountered

Gave me the incorrect version of a generic medication with a higher dosage, resulting in a month of migraines. The staff are nice, and I'm sad to switch, but incorrectly filled prescriptions are just not a risk I'm willing to take.

My doctor accidentally faxed my prescription to this pharmacy although Is never been there before. I kind of liked the mom & pop feel and was having a great day...until I walked into this place. That awful blondish/red haired older lady at the counter treated me horribly and actually MADE FUN OF MY BEING DEAF!!!

I don't let much bring me down, was she just clueless & insensitive or it was her bad idea of a joke? She rudely gestured for me to sit down to wait (like a dog). I can hear some voices & was shocked to hear her discussing me with the next customer in line about my

I have gone to Inman Pharmacy a couple of times and the people have been very nice, the place is a little crowded, but its sort of local place with a persaonal touch that you don't get from Rite Aid, Walmart or CVS. I prefer to spend my money with a local store and this is 100% local.

I am writing though because I was sick the other day and not sure if I would be able to pick up my refill so I called the store. Well, they deliver!!! Who knew. CVS and Rite Aid, 2 places I have used in the past do not. So the woman on the phone offered to have them delivered to me. Talk about a relief

I started having my prescriptions filled here since the reviews on Yelp were positive and I'd rather support a local business instead of my neighborhood Walgreen's.

Often, I have to wait while my refill is filled, even though I've called ahead or ordered it online. Seems that even though there are always at least four people working, no one actually follows through on the orders 100% of the time.

This past Monday, I called to check if my medication was in stock, since the last month, it wasn't and I had to wait an extra 3 days or so. Not a huge deal for me, but for someone

If you live anywhere near Inman Square, you should definitely get your birth control pills or antibiotics or whatever filled here. I work in human services and have dealt with many a pharmacy in my day, and my many colleagues and I agree that the pharmacy staff here are the most helpful and accomodating bunch of people you're ever going to find (Skendarian is pretty good too if you live further down Cambridge St.).

And they actually do deliver. Does CVS deliver? I don't think so.
