Very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional staff on all levels. I personally would never put a loved one in this place. I would never refer this place to anyone, even a stranger. They sure paint a pretty picture of it but sont be fooled by all that. We had 1 and I mean 1 nurse to 50 patients, their words not mine. If it were my choice... my loved one would have never been in there. No compassion, no caring at all. It's just a pay check to these people. Yes that's how I truly feel and and was made to feel that way. Very very disappointed and unhappy with the whole ordeal.

The only reason I give this place two stars is because of the handful of good nurses and RNA’s. Most of the nurses are rude a lot of the RNA’s are lazy. we did not even finish our stay for our two week rehab because of the care my husband was getting it was so bad and I was up there every day just to make sure he was taken care of and it was horrible! The rehab staff was good I liked them. But in order to get the rehab the nurses have to do their job too and most of them don’t. His first Saturday there he needed a bath I asked his RNA if he could have a bath she kept telling me no that she

Not very friendly or helpful.Not very friendly or helpful. They absolutely ignore direct orders from doctors. They serve alchohol to residents . Even if they take meds that specifically state not to mix. A d the theft of property is ridiculous. Everything from furniture to clothes and even food and cigarettes, and money.

The air conditioning has been out for over a month in 90+ degrees temperatures in Alabama of all places. Totally unacceptable for family members to suffer!
*More to add after last visit! Now there are ginormous bugs just walking around like they pay rent! The health department is my next call!! Our folks are paying for deplorable conditions and it sickens me!!

Been a employee for this facility for quite some time now and no facilities is perfect........ but there no other place I rather work. ❤️❤️❤️ I love my residents and love the fact I have a relationship with their families as well. We have a great therapy department and fun daily activities & friendly staff. Come out and do a visit and you make a decision for yourself and see

Do not send your love one to that horrible place! My mom passed away 10/02/2020 by neglect from the staff. My mom was severely dehydrated and malnourished. My mom had sepsis from UTI that cause water in her brain, and severely impacted due to the Negligence. Every time I call up there to see what action have been done for the negligence occurred at that facility against my mother, the Nurse Director stated they’re still investigating. Not compassionate and shows no concern or care in the world. Take my advice and think twice about that HORRIBLE place!!!!!!

Do not send your loved one here!! No concern or compassion for intellectually disabled people; especially Caucasian. They literally kicked my brother out. It was not an insurance ordeal like they stated. It was merely that they didn't want to care for someone like him. Honestly probably did not know how!! Communication was not good at all!! My brother was about dead because of them. I have him somewhere else and he has done a complete 360 in a very short period of time!! STAY AWAY!!!
