This is an email i sent to Dowling regarding them "fixing" an issue that was mentioned to them prior to maintenance performed.
Sum it up: clutch and rear seal was replaced under warranty and fixed, i guess. Asked to maintenance whole machine and fix concerning issues; all fluids, thermostat housing kept coming loose, slight cranking issue, order a back seat, etc.. "bad gas has been an issue with machines lately" was what was told to me by service manager. "Add seal tight to thermostat housing", or whatever it's called, was also told by service manager.
