El Paso Custom Ironworks

The only reason they get one star is because the review won’t allow me to leave negative stars. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They put in a door for us but the gap is so large, we have rain and sand flowing indoors. We have been trying since early this year to get them out to fix this. They say they will come and then never show and don’t provide the courtesy of letting us know they aren’t coming. Most of the time, they just don’t respond to any communications.

Never made cemetery cross, was given the run around. Understand they were under quarantine, gave them time, kept in touch with her to see if the would be able to make it and they said they would make the cross, even said no charge for it cause they took so long to make it, would be a gift for my mom. I went twice to pick it up with no success, first the father in law left early the 2nd time no one there, txt her to see if anyone was coming back for me to pick up cross, she told me she was calling husband, she said husband said he left cross right outside of gate by the rock wall to the left. I

I am so happy I chose this company to build my pergola, privacy fence and security door. They were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process! Kimberly was quick to get an appointment set up for an estimate, and helped me choose a design by bringing a tablet with many photos of designs they do. The finished product by far exceeded my expectations, and I will be contacting them if I need anymore work done! Thank you Kimberly and Sergio, you have an amazing company!

I had to come on here and write a great review. I was nervous upon first reading a couple negative reviews here, but considering there was many more positive ones, I went ahead and got a free estimate for a gate repair! Long story short, they impressed me and I ordered an entirely new gate. My wife and I are absolutely in love with it! I recommend speaking to the owner Kim, she is so helpful and will answer any of your questions day or night! (I literally called them at night) haha. But great company, I highly highly recommend.

We contacted El Paso custom iron works end of September to redo our staircase as we wanted Updated rails for our staircase. Construction began October 1 2018. We dealt with business manager Kimberly Ayala, and Sergio Ayala Jr. I’m uploading pictures of the quality of work this company stands by. This company has no moral, no pride in workmanship, treats their customers with disrespect, and most disheartening is the end result and damage this company has now caused our home. When Kimberly Ayala arrived to our home to discuss quote, never once was it mentioned that once El Paso Custom Iron works

Very knowledgeable and professional. They did an awesome job with our deck, pergola, fence, gates, and grass! They do it all!

We are very happy with our job from El Paso Custom Iron Works, which included a wrought iron entry way and two wrought iron gates. Kimberly was courteous, prompt, and communicated with us regarding times and costs and delivery well. The wrought iron work for our entryway and gates exceeded our expectations. They are beautiful, functional and provide for the security we sought when we first contacted them. The cost was reasonable and fair. I had a truly great experience with this company. I contacted them a few months prior to my purchase and asked for pictures of the gates they sell. Kimberly sent me pictures immediately. Then, a few months later I reached out to them again unsure if this was the same company I had talked to before. The same lady that sent me pics previously sent me more pics without hesitation. They only we're very fair with their prices and very competitive with the box stores... and they offered a Military/Veteran discount! They have a year warranty on their work. They delivered on time and were in constant communication
