I have been with Phoenix Capital Group Llc for one year, They are bad in Factoring companies and had very poor service even you can't reach them over the phone and email specially samuel they don't pay detention Payment I losses my money with bad communication 2900$ this Factoring company not recommended for any one.

I have been with Phoenix for almost 3 years now. They are the best in the business. I have tried many other factoring companies and have had some very poor experience. I absolutely love working with them. Lisa Baker is awesome and always has my back when I have an issue. I have 0 plans on leaving them ever. Peace of mind and fair rates. We have 12 trucks and factor over $3,000,000 a year with them.

Our trucking company has been with PCG for a little over two years and we have been having problems with them the entire time due to the hidden fees, lack of communication, confusing website, and out right lies. We are seeing that we are going to have to sue this company to get the funds they are holding. We have reached out to Jorge Duran on several occasions and There is always an excuse as to why he can’t contact us. DO NOT USE THIS FACTORING COMPANY!! They are not honest in their practices. I cannot believe we have been with Phoenix Capital Group for 7 years, before that we used Foley Carrier Services and were very unhappy with the service. I love my account manager L.C. she is great and always answers my calls and gets job done right away. We are happy with the rates and their service. Recommend it 100%

They are a piece of crap. They do not have any controls in place to ensure they do not make mistakes. They funded us $6000 in error and wired it to the correct party also. Then we could not pay it back fast enough and they closed our account. We were unable to operate because they took all our money and we could not pay the insurance when due. Now they will not give us a status of our account, They will not verify how much they took to verify all our funds were applied correctly.. Now they are rude and ignorant. Do not use them.....They just say don't bother us we will talk to you after

PCG is a wonderful factoring company. They are not like other factoring companies ~ PCG will provide you with a dedicated account rep to handle all aspects of your account from funding to collections. You will never hear "that's not my department or talk to so and so". Other factoring companies will bounce you around customer service reps as if you were calling a utility company or credit card company. PCG can even help with equipment loans and fuel. If your company is considering factoring, stop looking now!! Call PCG because above everything else, the company is based on integrity
